Good to know.

Does it work with platforms other than Square?

Not today — Sunnyside is built specifically for Square POS, so you'll need a Square account to use it. Other point-of-sale platforms aren't supported yet.

What hardware do I need?

None to buy. It runs in any modern browser on the tablets you already own — iPad or Android, a spare laptop, whatever's on hand.

How does pairing a screen work?

Open Sunnyside on the tablet and enter the 6-digit code shown in your dashboard. The screen pairs to your account and starts receiving orders.

How does per-location billing work?

Your subscription quantity equals your number of active locations — $10 AUD each per month. Deactivate a location in your dashboard and the quantity updates on the next sync, so you stop paying for it. Reactivate whenever you like and billing resumes.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your screens stop receiving orders. There are no partial-month refunds, except where the law requires them. You can export your order data any time as a CSV from the Analytics page in your dashboard.

Can I switch themes?

Any time. Every theme is included, and you can change a screen's look whenever you like.
